Hello, AA!

Weird and annoying thing. I uploaded wallpaper, then someone uploaded the same wallpaper but in a little bigger quality (not sure it's better or just resized). Anyway, the point is that my wallpaper has been missed by community but duplicated wallpaper of that guy is in the first line of Popular (with Sketchy). WTF!?

Anyway, didn't you thing to start fighting with duplicates? I even created system for it. You need to make a new script. For example, you get in some tag. Then you click some special button and not your able to mark tumbnails of wallpapers. After you marked some sum of walls, you have to only click button to confirm action. Then wallbase finds wallpaper that was uploaded for first time with avarange good quality and deletes rest of duplicates. It also redirects every links from deleted walls to that chosen one. Including people those liked that wallpaper.

But it's something for later, now you should focus more agout Tag Ratio idea if you like it... You didn't tell me in fact what are your real feelings.

Hey there Pain,

Good idea, but that's something for the future.
Also Yotoon will implement some new features soon, that will do exactly this: if a wallpaper is uploaded more times in different sizes it will only show the 1920x1200 one(or the biggest size, or something else) and there will be links on the side with different sizes of the same wallpaper.

The tagging system will change soon, at least that's what Yotoon said.

Hello, AbstractART!

About private messages. It would be quite easy to do that. Just to make some option bar in comments to user where I would be able to mark specific comment as private. Then only I and person which I'm talking with would be able to see that comment. Of course I'm sure Yotoon is able to write full message system but this one I propose you would be an easy replacement until this one huge would be done. It doesn't really have to be a replacement that would deleted after releasing right message system. Something like an addon/extra option.

Okay, but there's another more importany trouble. And it's about searching for wallpapers. At this moment looking for some specific wallpaper is not so precious as it should be. For example if I search for "Susan Coffey" I get results for everything that contains Susan and Coffey. To get better result it's needed to get into some wallpaper and click tag to view result ONLY for "Susan Coffey" - NOT Susan Asdasky, not John Coffey. My idea is to add something like in Google Search. Something like that:

Did you mean about:
Susan Coffey

Then I would be able to click and skip every Susan Asdasky in my searchings.
This thing might be improved by adding possibility to mark some tags those are wanted and dismark some other tags those are unwanted.

Also, the private message feature has been suggested before, I don't know what Yotoon is doing.
