Windows Media Player Classic w/ Codec Pack for 10bit videos..
MPC-HC with 10bit codecs.
Edit: Foobar2000 for music.

I use Winamp for audio, VLC for video and GOM player for anything aired on GOMTv.

I use always for any type of video I use VLC, and for music I choose WMP,
even when Winamp still looks better, WMP is more user friendly.
