Looking at the "NSFW" wallpaper above it just doesn't feel like its along the same category of other NSFW wallpapers. Like when I filter for NSFW wallpapers, they usually exhibit direct nudity, etc. while that one seems more implied. It's Sketchy enough that I could see why it would be NSFW, but when I filter out NSFW, its mostly to filter out all the gratuitous nudity. A wallpaper like that is good and a bit NSFW, but I think on a whole different angle than the top NSFW wallpapers.
