Ok Im not really sure where this belong

Im trying to recover a wallpaper i was using but got change for a default solid black wallpaper for some reason.
The problem is when i change my wallpaper instead of downloading it i simply right clicked on the image to place it and now i cant find it on the site

So first possibility

If anyone know a way or some sort of Cache folder were i could find wallpaper i have selelected through Firefox i would really appreciate i cant seem to find a solution on Google

Second possibility

The picture was a greyscale digital portrait of a women looking to the right of the picture kinda abstract, if that ring a bell for anyone who might recognize this picture i would really appreciate the help
