Well dear sirs I hope you often listen to classical music. So please share on this topic your favorite.
I came across this fine piece of art a few days ago and I absolutely fell in love with it to be honest. It gives me a feeling of inner piece. EDIT: Now that I think about it though, and this might kind of be embarrassing... I'm not really sure if it can be considered classical music.

^ It is a pure masterpiece of classical music. Nothing to be ashamed of.
Anyways here is another one I like:

Short little pieces of Bach cut and pasted in perfection, bit to short in my opinion.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sPY7xL1JItQ I prefer Bach's violin partitas. Pure genius composition.
And here is my favorite:
Actually I'm kind of fan of Maxim Rysanov and currently I'm listening to his new disk that was made in collaboration with Kristina Blaumane and Jacob Katsnelson. I found it at onyxclassics site and can tell you that I've never heard Beethoven's music played so fascinating!

I saw that a lot of people replied with famous artists like Beethoven, Vivaldi, Chopin (all of them beautiful), so I decide to post an artist less famous. I hope you enjoy

My favorite classical music peace is “Pavane” by Gabriel Faure, as it’s quite popular composition it’s widely spread in movies and so on… I was very happy when had found at eclassical site a new CD of violist Maxim Rysanov and pianist Ashley Wass with the same name of my favorite composition – “Pavane”. The record includes works of Claude Debussy, Richard Dubugnon, Gabriel Faure and Maurice Ravel. Very interesting disk, music is so tender and as for me it’s easy for understanding…

A piece that is just one long, very gradual crescendo; as Ravel puts it “not a composition, but an exercise in orchestration.” But the slow gradual march of its smooth wind work begs otherwise.
