Boast about adding simple background to someone else's picture (like many your works are) - not a good idea, imo. Many people here do the same.
I would understand if you add complex backgrounds, do the hard work .. but gradient and a couple of downloaded brushes around someone else picture?..
No offense, but almost all the pictures presented here can hardly be called by your creations. In my opinion, of course.
I'm not saying that the pictures are bad, just call a spade a spade. You do not make creations, you little edit other people's creations.

^K, i understand your point of view, and you are correct i "just added a background and brushes" to many pictures but i can't rename the topic you know. Just imagine it says "my gimp stuff" although there are some 100% original creations. :) For the first pic, that's why i sid that

No, I'm not asking to rename topic.)) And I see quotes around "made". Just I didn't see reason to lay out here so simple "creation" (I have amazing number of similar "creations" in uploads (at some of them I spent a lot of time), and not just me). And yes, I can see your original creations, they are very different from edited images. I think you should focus on original content or do more complex editing. =)

Wow, really? I can NOT see the borders, and i assure you i haven't upscaled them, maybe they lose some quality when i export them out of Gimp
