Not on as many as you want, only higher resolutions than the ones already on wallbase... Or so i've heard

but what if you want one which is smaller than the one currently uploaded?

but what if you want one which is smaller than the one currently uploaded?

Modern Windows OSs (so probably others too...) will automatically scale images (you can change the settings of this) when set as the wallpaper, and the quality isn't necessarily affected, so you don't have to resize.
