Why some wallpapers cannot be made NSFW no matter what I do??? HEY, NO!

Yeah...server updates are made once every 12 hours.
The reflags will take their time to be processed.

It is because an admin has flagged them as sketchy for some reason. whaaa?!
Once an admin flags a wallpaper is can't be changed by normal users or mods.

I'll get an admin on this once one of them comes online.
