maybe you should make another thread for keyboards. but anyway, i don't really know what kind of issues a keyboard can have, except for a general low build quality. just check a few reviews online and you should be good to go. And I can change to topic title to keyboards if you'd like.

I recommend a razer, is a solid company weak statement. One of their keyboards (Lycosa) I purchased had instant problems and is just broke atm, sometimes keys don't work and the media panel goes apeshit and switches songs and turns down volume etc. So think about what you said (I also had to send back a mouse from Razer which stopped working a half a year after purchase, some buttons just didn't work, they had to replace it) So far I just got a functional Deathadder, didn't die for a while and it was a little too big for me at first, but after a while I got used to it and it's good imo. (I just hope it won't die too early like the other prods, not sure though)

I own a Roccat Kone+ and I'm very happy with it. The Roccat products I've seen all seemed very well built so I guess if you don't need a lot of the gimmicks the Kone+ offers, the Kova should be fine too.

I work at a computer store and i know every company has there own weakness. except windows & logitech... why? do they test new stuff? do they run on old settings and stuff? yeah. thats why they never usually break. Still same warranty as them low quality stuff

I had a Deathadder. It was nice, up until it broke after only a few months of usage. =/
I prefer my Logitech G500. The adjustable DPI buttons and ability to change its weight are big pluses for me. I like heavier mice, and a lot of them just feel too light and fragile for me. It doesn't have a tonne of extra buttons, but if you're not playing an MMO, that's not too important, I suppose.

Many professional players use the mouse and keyboard Razer, maybe you had a faulty versions, I do not know
i had forgotten about this thread.
![]() Now, just a quick overview of my experience with the Abyssus (fingertip grip, ambidextrous, using with Razer Goliathus Speed Edition, at 1800dpi, 1000Hz) : 1. Jitter: None during gameplay, bare minimum if i test in mspaint. (its a bit worse at 3500dpi, but nowhere near as bad as you'll find people complaining about in forums on the web). 2. No switch setting between 450dpi(too low) and 1800dpi(too high), so had to set windows sensitivity lower. after that, handles perfectly. 3. Lift distance: HUGE. LD was around 4-4.5mm. Apparently this is a common problem with Razer mice, but luckily easily fixable. Reduced it to 1.5-2mm by putting scotch tape over sensor. 4. As far as the shape and grip go, its a perfect fit for my hand. 5. I bought it for only 32USD, so that's a big plus. In conclusion, the mouse is awesome. BTW, this mouse also uses the same sensor as the latest DA, so the tracking is pretty much the same. But like I said before, I tried the DA and I didnt like it, didnt suit my style. So, as far as the point of the thread goes, figure out what kind of grip you have(palm, fingertip, claw) and what kind of mouse you want(ergo/ambi), check the hardware specs(prediction,acceleration,dpi/cpi,polling rate etc.) and dont just buy something because someone else says its awesome. Razer vs. SS: I found that the Razer website is much more detailed in its explanations of different mice types and how to choose one and so on. SS, meanwhile, have no mouse in this price range that I can compare the Abyssus to (the Kinzu doesnt count; it has prediction and acceleration). PS:

I thought this thread would be helpful, but it's just confusing, so I think I'll just check the Amazon reviews... of course, I could do with a new GPU before a gaming mouse.
$25 Microsoft wireless mouse and keyboard set for life
Written 11 months 1 day ago
haha. if you want. check the reviews from overclock3d.net also though. they have good thorough reviews.
i actually would have been perfectly happy playing with a 6 dollar MS basic optical, but i generally play in a gaming cafe, and those mice are abused and dirty, and some of them handle differently than others. so instead of spending half an hour every time getting used to whichever one i got, i thought i'd just buy my own.

Despite Razer Onzas being absolutely terrible in terms of the triggers (I've been through 3 of them, my friend 2, a few others a single replacement), their mouse products are exceptional.
If you don't like Razer, any logitech mouse is acceptable. I'd recommend this one: http://www.logitech.com/en-us/mice-pointers/mice/gaming-mouse-g300 Or if you're not a particular fan of buttons, this one: http://www.logitech.com/en-us/mice-pointers/mice/wireless-mouse-m510 Most Microsoft mouses are great too, just don't get a super-fat one. I hope that helps.

i had forgotten about this thread. Because my eyes are not very good, and when to write bold is easier to me looking for my old posts. I do not yell, or gave an exclamation point somewhere?

Maybe try looking in left column to spot your avatar? Or increase font size?
