None of the wallpapers on the site are actually owned by wallbase.
If you want to use an image, you could ask the uploader for the source or, if the uploader was 4chan, search google for the original owner.

I keep trying to up load images with no success. This is not my first time doing this sort of thing.
I browse, upload, then no images show up but rather it asks to Save.... So I save and then I get the successfully uploaded, when I look at my account nothing has been uploaded...?
